| | | Most of our knives are either 440 or 420 stainless steel. Buck Creek's and some of Hen & Rooster's blades are made of carbon steel. Hen & Roosters will have a "C" after the number. If you still don't know, you may contact one of our sales associates. |

| | | Corelon is much more durable and has higher tensile strength. Celluloid has a better visual quality and has deeper levels of design detail. |

| | | Liner Lock - Hold the knife flat in the palm of your hand. Take your thumb and press down on the metal strip sticking out of the liner.
Lockback - Turn the knife so that the sharp edge is facing downward. Along the back edge of the knife, there will be a deep gap in the handle, through which the metal backspring will be accessible. Press on it to release the lock. |
